You have probably spent enough time on our website to find that career tab that made you wonder what we could have to say about working with us. Maybe I am over thinking this. We also offer that same experience with employees. Funny, I say that as if we have a large staff. You see, that is definitely not the case. We look for people that know motorsports and are okay with not having a title attached to their name. At our store we want people that are willing to help out across the dealership to take care of customers. We are not your typical large staffed powersports dealer that wants to pass customers to different departments. When a person comes in to buy from us they deal with one person and that person will be sure they are taken care of no matter what the product or service. Don't get me wrong, when it comes to servicing vehicles we leave that up to our trained and certified folks since not everyone can handle the service jobs necessary to get you riding safely.

Powersports Parts and Accessories Associate

The Position:

We are looking for a parts associate to assist with daily parts counter sales, help handling service work orders, shipping of parts and accessories, receiving of parts and assist growing the department in different channels such as on our website shopping and through our Ebay store. Since this is a front counter position this person would need good communication and be highly organized. We run a lean staff so the candidate will need to be willing to help out wherever needed while staying focused on driving parts and accessories sales both locally and online. We strive for top notch service and need someone that aspires to offer that same experience both in the store and through our online shopping channels. Duties:

Handling day to day customer walk in's and selling parts and accessory purchases.
Consulting with customers in regards to parts on the phone, online and in person.
Daily parts ordering.
Shipping and receiving of parts
Assist with filling out work orders for service.
Manage e-commerce shopping including Ebay parts store, photo taking, part descriptions, selling, etc.
Maintain a clean and well merchandised PG&A environment.
Team player willing to assist other departments as needed.

Requirements:

Organized, Reliable
Ability to deal with customers in person and on the phone.
Computer proficient in basic functions of word, excel.
Powersports enthusiast with understanding of parts and accessory products.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Preferred:

Advanced Ebay store selling
E-commerce shopping cart experience
Shipping receiving experience
Merchandising experience

Compensation/Benefits:

Hourly plus future commission on parts sales. (hourly based on experience)
Full time: Mon, Tues, Thur, Fri, Sat. (Closed Wednesday and Sunday).
Parts discounts.

"A" level Motorcycle, ATV, Side x Side, Snowmobile Mechanic

Our fast growing service department is in need of a full time experienced Tech.

Platinum Powersports LLC sells and services motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, Snowmobiles and Scooters in Rockford Michigan which is 15 minutes north of Grand Rapids just off Exit 101 on US131.

About us:

Platinum Powersports was founded by riders that wanted to offer a better service for customers in the West Michigan area. We believe the customer is the priority and we do whatever it takes to keep them riding and happy. Our specialty is selling used motorcycles that don't compare to the competition. We service, inspect, and meticulously detail each bike. If it needs anything we take care of it. We are looking for an experienced "A" level technician wants to be the head tech at our growing service department. This person would handle typical responsibly of service and maintenance of motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and UTVs plus assist with setting up the service department to handle the growth we are seeing.
